Stress can no doubt be overwhelming. And it can aggravate your feelings of negativity. Name it, you'll feel it. Alone in the world? Most probably. You're drowning in paperwork and you have a deadline to beat. There's probably no one around to help you. Can this project become a success? With the rate things are going, you'll probably barely hit the mark.

All these negative thoughts and emotions are going to pop up once stress gets the best of you. Once you've reached this point, it is advisable to pause for a while and take a deep breath before moving forward again.

People should be aware of the psychological effects of stress. Knowing about them helps you gain more control over your thoughts and your actions. Try to keep stress down or at least, learn to take a breather.
